Delivery
Delivery in UK, France metropolitan and Monaco is normally 7/15 days from the date of order.
Other destinations 7/21 days.

Our products and prices are as seen on the site and available within these time limits if the products are in stock. For products not in stock, we rely on our suppliers to make the products available as soon as possible.

Products ordered on www.sportcheval.com are delivered to the address indicated on the order. In the case of absence, a delivery note will be left, with instructions of where to collect your package.

Other Destinations
We are happy to send your order to other destinations. Submit your order making sure you have completed your delivery address and email; address. We will contact you with a quote the cost and mode of transport.

www.sportcheval.com is not registered for VAT therefore you are unable to reclaim tax from your order. However you will be responsible for any taxes payable in your country as well as the right to import such products and we suggest that you check these implications before you place your order.

Payment
In all cases, the order will not be despatched until the cost of the goods plus delivery charges, have been paid in full.

Payment be Credit Card
You can pay on line using your credit card or PayPal account. At sportcheval.com we use the secure site of PayPal for all our transactions. Transactions are encrypted, to guarantee total security and confidentiality.

Payment By Cheque
Cheques are only acceptable in UK Sterling, drawn on a UK bank account or in Euros from a French bank account.
Print your order form and send with a cheque, to the address below.
Cheques must be payable to DEVINE MARKETING LTD. And have an email address on the reverse, where we can contact you if necessary.

Exchanges and Refunds
KEEP your invoice as it acts as proof of purchase.

We will exchange or refund your products if they are faulty OR they do not correspond with your order IF, within 7 days of receiving the goods, any complaints, damages or discrepancies are reported to us by Email OR registered letter. We will give you a return number.

Return the products to us by post, in their original condition and accompanied by the invoice and the return number, to the address above.
Refunds will NOT be given if these conditions are not met and www.sportcheval .com reserves the right to do so.

Price
All prices of the products on this site are indicated in Euros and are inclusive of UK VAT., currently at 17.5%. Any modification in this rate tax will reflect in the price shown and this is beyond the control of www.sportcheval.com.

www.sportcheval.com will remain the proprietor of all goods until payment is made or cheques cleared.
